Being able to complete the milestones and having first flight together was the major objective.
CAD / PLM: Overseeing the complete upgrade and expansion of capabilities of CAD / PLM technologies for the C-Series assembly and design was the first objective since the requirement was to have the program on the latest versions of Software possible. There was data conversion, and integration along with the PLM systems being completely re-installed will all new capabilities for 3D assemblies and 3D Construction using Delmia and CATIA V5 with DMU.

Building out the Treasury and the Compliance and Finance modules was needed since this aircraft worked with so many suppliers throughout the world and with "Just in Time" supply method this was essential.
IT Support: Along with testing of aircraft systems there was a sense of need to build and up keep the DAS which was done through a separate support contact and this was maintain with a data lake and MDM software.
These systems consisted of meeting in multiple languages overseeing all tasks involved in the upgrading and modernization of the lines and systems with hundreds of users in five to eight countries
